IFT17 and the American Cheese Society

EDC is exhibiting at IFT17 and the American Cheese Society 2017

Enzyme Development is pleased to announce that we are exhibiting at the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) annual Expo in Las Vegas from June 26 to June 28 and at the American Cheese Society in Denver from July 26 to July 29. At both the shows we will be showcasing Thistlezyme®, our new botanical rennet from the Thistle flower.

At the American Cheese Society, we will be joined by Ian Treuer of Winding Road Cheese. Ian will be at our tabletop during the show to answer questions about using Thistle Rennet in cheese production and will have samples of some of his Thistle Rennet cheeses with him.

If you are attending IFT 17 or ACS, please come by with your questions about Thistle Rennet. Our booth number at IFT is #3373, and we will be in the Supporting Trade Tables section at ACS. We look forward to seeing you there.
