EDC is exhibiting at the American Cheese Society 2018
Enzyme Development Corporation is pleased to announce that we are once again exhibiting at the American Cheese Society in Pittsburgh from July 25th to July 28th 2018. During the show we will be showcasing Thistlezyme®, our new botanical rennet from the Thistle flower.
We will be joined by Ian Treuer of Winding Road Cheese. He will be at our tabletop during the show to answer questions about using Thistle Rennet in cheese production and will have samples of some of his Thistle Rennet cheeses with him.
